Well that is the question… We always thought 27 until Nathalie taught us otherwise!
We had planned a very nice party for the end of February – a 40th Birthday Party for Ludo that his wife Nathalie had organised amazingly. When she came to see me regarding Sanzio’s Party room to be booked for lunch party, we were talking up to 27 guests. To Nathalie, 27 meant 27 adults. Add 15 children and you get 42!
How to fit 42 guests at the limited number of tables (we had extra chairs). Nathalie comes up with an idea of putting the tables in a square shape, thereby creating free space at the end of the room for kids to mingle or sit on the floor and play games.
Our back room turned out to be huge living room – we were just missing a fire place and you might have thought that you are in one of the best private dining rooms of a grand manor.
It was a very nice party and the quests – half French and half English were splendid. All went very well and everyone had a good time at one of the best local Italian restaurants in London we were told!
The private room arrangement is now called Ludo’s style and we already have two parties booked for it! Another Birthday Party and a First Communion.
I wonder how many people Nathalie could have entertained if it had been summer and she could have utilised our sliding door access to the terrace!
Now, we are glad to say that our private room is available for 30 – 40 people and party room is waiting to experience firs summer time in London 2016!
