On the entrance, every day each member of staff will have body temperature recorder as well any signs of COVID 19. If someone is not feeling well, it will be immediately sent home, before entering Sanzio.
At the entrance there will be two ques – from Station Parade will be ‘Eat In’ Que and from Blenheim Gardens will be ‘Click and Collect’ que. On entering Sanzio, a one-way system is in place in the case front door is busy in which case one of us will have to see you out. We strongly recommend that you book your table in advance as we are having reduced number of tables and seats.
Staff will monitor restaurant at all the times to ensure distancing standards and member of staff will be at the door at peak times.
We have created Click and Collect page, where with minimal contact you can order your food and collect it from the table in front of the restaurant – by our small patio where flowers are at the front. Please see our Click and Collect page here.
Hand sanitiser will be easily accessible to all throughout the restaurant and located at five point: on the entrance, by the bar, by the toilets, by the back room and by the back door (exit door). All of us at Sanzio will be wearing face masks to protect you and us. Please pay by contactless or card whenever possible, but cash will be also accepted. All payment plates and credit card machine will be regularly and frequently cleaned.
Our young visitors (children under age of 10) will have to stay accompanied by their parents at all the times.
